Drugs taken from storage room of Oakville pharmacy

Halton Regional Police are investigating the theft of 10Kg of drugs taken from a storage room in an Oakville pharmacy in late April.

Police say the robbery at The Compounding Pharmacy, located on 2540 Postmaster Dr., took place sometime between Saturday, April 29 2023 and Sunday, April 30, 2023, but was only recently reported this weekend (Saturday, June 3).

According to police, the anti-inflammatory drugs taken from the storage room were valued at over $5,000.

Police said there were no signs of a break-in. The investigation is ongoing.
