A York County company has acquired three properties in Lebanon County containing self-storage facilities.

Moove In Self Storage has acquired Cloverleaf Self Storage, which owned properties at 10677 Allentown Blvd. and 10696 Allentown Blvd. in Union Township as well as at 2264 State Route 22 in Swatara Township (Lebanon County).

Combined all three sites consist of 11 traditional drive-up storage buildings, totaling 447 units that includes 72,600 square feet of space.

The three facilities are now known as Moove In – Jonestown.

The company plans to upgrade the facility with a brand-new office and increased units to rent.

"We are thrilled to now offer the community of Jonestown and surrounding areas with not only our expertise in self-storage, but to also to provide the best experience while they store with us," Shaun Lewy, vice president of operations at Moove In Storage, said in a news release.

Moove In Self Storage purchased the properties on April 24, according to county records.

Moove In Self Storage opened its first facility in 1998. The company owns more than 60 self-storage facilities in Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts Iowa and Pennsylvania including a location in Swatara Township, Dauphin County.
